Hello, I'm Mustkimsha.
I am a Technical Operations Specialist by trade (BCA, Sardar Patel University). Before founding TechNisha, I spent over 6 years managing high-pressure operations teams for international healthcare and corporate clients.
In that world, there is no room for error. You live by KPIs, SLAs, and strict quality control.
When I looked at the UK Digital Marketing space, I saw chaos. Small business owners were being sold expensive software, generic AI content, and zero accountability.
I decided to change that.
I applied my operational discipline to digital marketing. At TechNisha, we don't "guess." We have a strict manual process for writing, posting, and optimizing. I personally review our client rankings because I believe the founder should be close to the work.
